Shiv Hydration system

Steve Jan 11, 2014 11:50PM PST

I've just purchased a Shiv comp bike and after I put it together at home, I realised that the hydration system was missing. Does it come with the bike or you have to buy it separetely?
Also, a small piece that covers the gears and brake cables, next to the handlebar steam is also missing. Am I right in assuming that that piece should have come with the bike?
If this is the case for the piece and for the hydration system, what should I do?

Best Regards

Hi Steve, your new Shiv should have come with a hydration system. I recommend contacting your dealer to obtain the missing part.
I can't visualize the other piece that you are referring to. If you want to send us a photo that may be helpful.
Thanks!
