I have a Roval SL wheelset that are under warranty for 5 years, and my LBS Specialized dealer brought to my attention rim damage while the bike was being serviced. I am 60 lbs below the rider weight limit.
The shop has followed the necessary steps for warranty replacement, and it has sounded like the warranty was receiving attention. However, there has been no update or resolution as of 3/29/16. The wheel and original receipt were provided back in late October or early November of 2015. What is the normal turnaround time for warranty issues?
