I want to paint my Specialized frame, how can I do so and will I preserve my warranty?

Last Updated: Apr 29, 2015 09:22AM PDT
Painting or altering a frame on your own will void your warranty. However, Specialized has approved two different painting companies in the United States to paint or powdercoat a Specialized frame while still preserving the warranty. We have found that their processes and methods are up to the Specialized standard and therefore we recommend them for custom paint applications. You will need to retain both your original bicycle proof of purchase as well as an invoice/receipt from either company to take advantage of the Specialized limited lifetime frame warranty should the need arise. Please see the contact information below to arrange the details through them.
