How do I return something I purchased from your online store?

Returns made within 30 days of original purchase may be handled via our Satisfaction Guarantee program.

There is a form that came along with your order it's really easy to fill out. Just mark the appropriate parts of the form with your order number, name, contact info, what you are returning and if you want to return your item for a refund or a different size/color of the same item.

Check our website to see what we have in stock, if you ask for something we don't have in stock, we will just credit you.

This only applies to online Store purchases. For the return policy on a purchase made at your local Specialized Retailer/bike shop you'll need to ask them individually about their policies.
