Can I send my Specialized branded shock and fork back to you directly for suspension service?

Specialized branded suspension forks and rear shocks repairs must be sent to the Specialized Service Center through your local Specialized dealer.

We have a streamlined service return system set up to ensure quick turn-around and we guarantee the highest quality work. In most cases the service is done in house in under 48 hours.

We also offer a custom tune (S-Tune) program in case you want your suspension to be professionally tuned to your riding needs. Ask your dealer for more details.
